2019 жылдың 4-9 маусым аралығында Ставрополь (Ресей Федерациясы) қаласында «БРИКС және Шанхай ынтымақтастық ұйымы (ШЫҰ) аясында Студенттік көктем» 3-ші халықаралық жастар және жастар істері жөніндегі фестиваль болып өтті.
Фестиваль ғылым-білім, жас журналистика (бірнеше бағытта), студент көшбасшылары, арт-хаус, би, жанды дауыста ән байқауы т.б бағыттарда өтті. 3 тілде (орыс, ағылшын, қытай) өткен фестивальда АӘИУ-нің Жастар саясаты бөлімінің меңгерішісі Жүсіпов Аманжол қатысып жастармен жұмыс жасаудың жаңа бағыттарын (неформальное образование) үйреніп, тәжірибе алмасып қайтты.
Жастар саясаты бөлімінің меңгерішісі Жүсіпов Аманжол:Фестивальда лекция тыңдап, пікірталас дебатқа қатыстып, жергілікті Своё ТВ арнасында қала басшылары қатысуымен өткен бағдарламаға қатысып өз ойымды жеткізуге мүмкіндік алдым. Фестиваль қатысушылары арасында өткен спорттық ойындарда жүлделі 1-ші орын алдым фестиваль төсбелгісімен марапатталдым.
